This position is responsible for overseeing functions related to employee's payroll deductions and information including but not limited to child/spousal support, court ordered debts, children's trust, State and Federal tax liens, DMV, tuition, and other miscellaneous non-statutory deductions.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operation of the Employee Services Deduction Group.
  • Train and update the Employee Services Deduction Group on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist the team with problem resolution and analysis.
  • Coordinate daily remittance of credit union deductions.
  • Process daily credit union payments.
  • Answer heavy phones.
  • Setup and termination of deductions according to statutory guidelines.
  • Analyze payments to insure accuracy for terminated deductions and over withholdings.
  • Process deduction payments.
  • Provide proof of employment to State and Federal agencies.
  • Provide proof of payment to employee and/or agency inquires.
  • Maintain files.
  • Provide backup to Treasury team for bank deposits.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 3-4 years payroll and deductions experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State garnishment (tax liens, support, etc.) guidelines.
  • Microsoft® Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Burbank - IT2010-09 - IT - Citrix System Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead role in the planning, design, and operation of EP’s Citrix environment.
  • Develop and maintain Citrix-related standards, policies and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and capacity, and provide periodic system status reports to department management.
  • Lead and coordinate small- to medium-scale projects.
  • In coordination with the EP IT Security team, conduct periodic security reviews of all remote access systems and portals.
  • Plan, design, implement, and continuously improve disaster recovery procedures for Citrix systems.
  • Document new systems, processes and procedures.
  • Perform Tier-2 support functions for remote access issues.
  • Work with Product Support on all upgrades, changes, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Participate in Citrix On-Call rotation.
  • Communicate with vendors as may be required for installation, configuration, technical support, and purchasing issues.
  • Conduct ongoing Citrix technology assessments, research new Citrix-related products and features, and develop cost-effective recommendations and plans for optimizing the Citrix environment.
  • Keep abreast of emerging remote access and mobile computing technologies, and make appropriate recommendations regarding their implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline desired, or equivalent work experience and technical training.
  • A minimum 5 years of demonstrated work experience.
  • A solid understanding of Windows Server based operating system.
  • Minimum 2 years Windows Terminal Server/Citrix Administration experience ( PS 4 or XenApp 5 or later) in an Active Directory environment.
  • Solid experience in building, configuring, and administering Citrix XenApp, Citrix Access Gateway Appliances, Citrix Netscalers, Citrix Web Interface.
  • Experience installing and configuring MS SQL 2000 or later.
  • A thorough understanding of Active Directory, Terminal Server, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Group Policies.
  • Experience using relational databases and implementing database administration principles.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Standards and their practical implementation and use.
  • Ability to absorb, understand and communicate written and verbal information and ideas, and to deliver them in a concise manner that is easily understood by others.
  • Proven ability to apply critical thinking to identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Experience with security principles, data privacy practices and laws, and the ability to assist in implementation.
  • Experience with volume management tools.
  • Experience with printing systems and printing subsystems.
  • Strong knowledge of local area network administration.
  • Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to automate common administration tasks.
  • Ability to program in VBScript and/or Powershell.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Be able to provide the necessary transportation in order to arrive at work promptly and complete each day’s work based on the reflected times of operation. Regular attendance, promptness, reliability, and dependability are of extreme importance in this position.
